Yes! Your weekly plan is fully customizable. Tap any exercise in the plan to replace it with a different activity from our library. You can adjust exercises at any time to match your routine and what's working best for your child. Plans never expire—they follow a day-of-week template that repeats weekly.

Every child is unique, and not every exercise will work for everyone. If an exercise isn't helping, try replacing it with a different activity from the same sensory category. Over time, our analytics will show you which exercises are most effective for your child's specific needs, helping you refine their plan.

After each exercise, you'll be prompted to record how your child felt before and after using our 6-state mood feedback system. Over time, this data builds into insights showing your top 5 most effective exercises, regulation trends, and personalized recommendations. Premium subscribers get access to unlimited history and advanced analytics.
