Agreement to Terms

We operate the Sensory Loop brand and provide the Sensory Loop website and mobile application ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

Description of Service

Sensory Loop provides a mobile application and website designed to help parents and caregivers support their children's sensory regulation through personalized activity recommendations and progress tracking.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

Premium Subscription

Our premium subscription provides access to advanced features including analytics, unlimited feedback history, personalized recommendations, and multi-child support.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
Refunds are handled according to the app store's refund policy (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice
